  “I was really concerned when some people unexpectedly appeared on my property without explaining their business. Later, I spotted markings – an ‘X’ on a tree and a pink flag – down the hill behind my house. I contacted the office to inquire about their presence, and they explained they were conducting work across the entire state of Alabama, and unfortunately my property’s location put us in a corner lot situation. I expressed my worry, suggesting they inform us beforehand, as it’s a dangerous situation that could easily lead to someone being harmed, especially since they weren't wearing any identification. Thankfully, my security team was able to observe and document the vehicle and individuals passing by my property.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. It felt like they were solely focused on inflating their prices – significantly higher than any other surveying firm in Alabama. Honestly, I’d advise anyone to shop around and save themselves a huge amount of money. The quality of their work really depends on the field crew, and they seemed to be constantly rushed, underpaid, and using outdated equipment. It felt like the engineers were stuck in their offices, and the crew lacked proper training and calibration. Ultimately, I ended up paying far too much for a service that could have been provided by another company for a fraction of the cost. I won’t be using their services again.” report abuse
