  “Overall, we were really pleased with the team’s speed and efficiency. They managed to add a second story to our house in just three months, which was fantastic. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way – a few things got broken and we had to work through some adjustments – but they were incredibly responsive and always took care of getting things back on track. We also appreciated that they were more affordable than other contractors we’d contacted, and we were happy not to have to work with an in-house architect or interior designer.   ALR did an absolutely fantastic job building our front porch post and railings – they really captured the look of our 1913 house. The carpenters were so professional, friendly, and they were even there on time, even working through a bit of rain to get it all done before the weekend.
