From participating in our drills to responding so promptly to emergencies, their dedication is remarkable. What really stands out is their incredibly respectful and accommodating attitude toward our residents – they genuinely treat us like family. We’re so fortunate to have them as partners, and their willingness to collaborate on everything from CPR resources to reviewing our emergency plans is just outstanding.
