  “I was really excited to finally get new flooring installed, but my first experience was a total letdown. I called a random flooring company nearby and didn’t get so much as a reply. I even went to their shop to check on things, but they weren't there and I couldn’t reach them. Then I found Tyler’s Flooring – they were fantastic! They came out, took accurate measurements, and promised an estimate within two days. Surprisingly, I heard back from them within three days, and their crew was actually *in* my house the next day, completely ripping out the old carpet and installing the new hardwood – all in one day!
