  I was really disappointed with my initial experience. The salesperson initially set up my appointment, but then on the day itself, he backed out because he didn’t want to travel an hour and a half to see me. He even gave me a different number! When I mentioned we’d gotten a better quote, he just told me to go with it – it felt incredibly rude. Frankly, I expected much better service from a company with such a high rating. However, I was really pleased to hear back from the Director of Marketing. They were so apologetic and truly appreciative of the situation. I want to thank them and their team for reaching out and handling everything so professionally. It’s clear they value customer service, and I’m definitely willing to consider Blair Exteriors for future projects. report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with Blair Exteriors. I hired them to replace my roof, and unfortunately, the job was handled so poorly it caused significant damage to my landscaping and home. They completely scattered the old shingles, ruining shrubs I’d nurtured for 15 years – it’s going to take years to restore them. Worse, they leaned their ladders against my gutters, scratching the paint and even bending them. To top it all off, I saw workers standing on the gutters, which is incredibly unsafe. I brought this to the attention of Dan Aycock, my contact at Blair, but he only offered vague promises of future action and didn’t address the immediate problems. Despite having the highest quote, I chose Blair Exteriors hoping for a better outcome, and I’m truly disappointed. I wanted to support a local business, but I feel compelled to share this experience so others are aware of the issues I encountered. report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with the new roof – it looks fantastic! The crew was truly exceptional; my neighbors were all commenting on how quickly and efficiently they worked, and honestly, I couldn’t believe it was done in just one day. Everyone was punctual and, most importantly, they worked with a real focus on safety. I also really appreciated the support staff – they were incredibly helpful in setting up the installation and making sure we got the perfect matching shingles.” report abuse

  Jay was fantastic to work with – he was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently walked us through all our options, and really listened to our budget concerns. He never pressured us, and even helped us find some affordable ways to personalize our project. He kept us in the loop the whole time, which was a huge relief. We got new windows, siding for the entire house, gutters, and chimney caps, and everything looks absolutely amazing. We’ve already seen a noticeable difference in our electric bill, which is great! Russell, our project manager, was also outstanding. He kept us consistently updated on the progress of each crew – we had separate teams working on the windows and siding, the gutters, and the chimney caps – and they were all incredibly professional, polite, and meticulous. They always checked with us before making any changes, and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The whole project finished much faster than we expected. Overall, I can highly recommend Blair and commend them for their exceptional service. report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with my experience. I scheduled an estimate for roof repairs, specifically mentioning I needed a metal roof replaced, but the technician called to cancel the appointment just hours before, saying Blair doesn’t handle those types of jobs. It seemed like a miscommunication – the receptionist should have let me know that upfront before scheduling the visit, and I definitely made my need for a metal roof repair clear. Two days wasted waiting, and now I’m starting over. It was a very disappointing outcome.” report abuse

  Blair absolutely knocked it out of the park! They were fantastic from the beginning, offering great guidance and their workmanship on our recent siding and exterior renovation was truly exceptional – especially considering how challenging the project was.   Overall, I was really pleased with Blair Remodeling. The salesman and installers were professional and did a great job – they were also really considerate about protecting my roof when the rain came on the day of the installation.
