I’m really disappointed with my experience with James Cooper. His behavior was consistently disrespectful and frankly, quite unpleasant. He seemed to make others feel inferior, and his communication was unacceptable. I’m only giving one star because I was obligated to leave a review, but it doesn’t reflect the poor quality of his interactions.
