“I was really impressed with this company! The communication was fantastic, and they offered a fair price for removing my windshield. They were incredibly efficient – they got the job done in a day and then expertly reinstalled it two days later after my car repairs were finished. They even proactively warned me about the potential for breakage during the removal, which thankfully didn’t happen. Overall, a really positive experience!”

“I was incredibly disappointed with my experience getting a new windshield installed after a rock hit my car. They tried multiple times to get it right, but the results were terrible – there was wind noise, the VIN was obscured, glue was everywhere, and even a scratch appeared in the new glass. Ultimately, I had to take my brand new car to the dealership to have it properly fixed, which was incredibly frustrating after five visits to their shop. To add insult to injury, the manager attempted to pressure me and falsely accused my dealer of outsourcing window replacements. It was a stressful and unprofessional situation, and I’m extremely unhappy with the quality of their work.”

“I was so impressed with the service I received! After a piece of metal shattered my windshield, other shops were quoting weeks for the repair. Thankfully, these guys got me in the very next day. The office staff were incredibly friendly, and the technicians were incredibly efficient – they had the replacement done and me back on the road in less than an hour. It was a completely painless experience, and I’ll definitely be using them again for any future vehicle needs.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From the very first phone call to the final installation, the team was fantastic. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, and once I arrived, David and his team went above and beyond to resolve a mistake – they personally picked up the incorrect window from the dealer. They took care of everything so efficiently and ensured I didn’t have to return. They did a truly excellent job replacing both my quarter window and windshield. I highly recommend them!”

“I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience with Cassady and Self. I went with them hoping to support a local business, but it ended up being a huge headache. My windshield replacement started in early March and didn’t get finished until early May – nearly three months! Throughout that entire time, I was met with constant delays, broken promises, and no communication. It was incredibly frustrating with no one returning my calls or honoring their commitments. I really wish I had done more research before choosing them. If you’re looking for reliable auto glass service, I strongly recommend going with a national brand instead – they completed my work in just two hours with no issues. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go with a company that actually seems to care.”
-
“I can’t recommend this business highly enough! The customer service was fantastic, they were really fair with their prices, and everything was handled incredibly quickly.”
-
“He did a really good job replacing my windshield – it was freezing out last week, and he got it done quickly and at a reasonable price.”
-
“I was absolutely delighted with my experience with Cassidy Glass. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and friendly, and the technician who came to my home was both efficient and really pleasant. To top it off, they were able to offer a price that was significantly lower than another company I’d gotten a quote from – half the cost! I’d definitely recommend them and will be using their services whenever I need them.”
-
“I was incredibly impressed with the service! They fixed my shattered rear window in just an hour and fifteen minutes – and they even took care of cleaning up all the broken glass. I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.”
-
“I was really impressed with this local glass shop! They got the job done quickly and the installer went above and beyond – he even cleaned the rain tray and pillars while they were working on the windshield. Definitely a great experience!”
