I had State Farm recommend this company for my windshield replacement, but unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The technician seemed dismissive from the start, and I immediately felt uncomfortable because I’d read about potential leaks with this specific car model if the adhesive wasn’t applied correctly. Despite never having replaced a windshield before, I was able to clearly articulate my concerns, but he wouldn’t listen to me. He seemed overly rushed and didn’t value my input as a paying customer. Honestly, I was worried about the quality of the work and don’t want to have to call them back later for a fix.
