They’re consistently professional, incredibly hardworking, and always deliver a fantastic job at a really reasonable price. Recently, my wife and I wanted to revamp our landscaping with some extra plants and tackle a drainage problem, and RLC went above and beyond to create exactly the design we were hoping for.   “We absolutely love our new landscaping thanks to Richter Landscaping! John Richter and his team were fantastic – we’d been planning this for years and had several quotes, but John and Andrew came out during COVID in 2020 and took the time to really understand our vision, even offering some brilliant ideas we hadn’t considered. They estimated two months for the job, and despite knowing some companies struggled to deliver, they stuck to that timeline. Adolpho, the foreman, was particularly skilled and really helped us navigate the tricky, sloping terrain. Even when Hurricane Zeta caused a huge tree to fall, they quickly mobilized a crane and finished the project within two months! The transformation is incredible – our friends are constantly commenting on how stunning it looks, saying it’s like something from Southern Gardens.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Richter Landscaping. I initially contacted them in September 2023 to plan the landscaping around our new pool, and it’s now April – a full seven months later – and we still don’t have a finalized design. The landscape designer, Josh, repeatedly assured me he was working on it and would send a design “next week,” but the drawings he provided were completely different from what we’d discussed, and he hadn’t even visited our property to see the changes. Despite my concerns, he continued to delay, offering vague timelines and ultimately suggesting I find another contractor. Honestly, the lack of communication and consistent broken promises was incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend Richter Landscaping – it seems like a significant investment of time and effort with no real results.” report abuse
