  “We were so relieved to find Alpha Lumber! We were tackling a big chicken coop project over the weekend and were completely overwhelmed by the logistics – finding everything, getting it delivered, and unloading it all ourselves. We called them on a Friday morning, and they were fantastic! They not only delivered all our supplies the same day, but they even unloaded them right next to our building site. It honestly saved us a huge amount of time and effort, and allowed us to focus on actually building the coop – which was a massive help!” report abuse

He took the time to really educate me about Lincoln windows, even called me outside of his regular hours to get things moving, and got me a preliminary quote within just a couple of hours. Honestly, I’m already so impressed with their service – I haven’t seen the finished windows yet, but their responsiveness and knowledge were fantastic.   “I was really disappointed with the service I received. I contacted them to order some pressure-treated lumber – 46-2x12x16’. I spoke with Greg, and he just seemed to be checking if that was all I needed. I confirmed it was, and he told me I could get the rest from 84 Lumber, providing me with their contact information. Then, without even confirming anything, he just hung up. Honestly, the service was terrible and I would give it no stars if I could.” report abuse
