  “I needed a new winch to get my boat pulled into the garage, and the old one was just too worn out. I chose a WARN Evo 8 for its power, but realized most winches are designed for cars and wouldn’t bolt directly to my concrete floor. Luckily, I found Stephen Charles, who really came through for me. He expertly designed and built a custom steel mounting plate that perfectly secured the winch to my floor.   “I was so happy to find this place – Stephen and his customer service were fantastic! I brought in a new trailer hitch adapter and needed a small adjustment to give it a little more clearance. Honestly, it was a pretty simple job for him, but he really saved me a huge headache trying to figure it out myself. He even went the extra mile and trimmed a bit more than I initially asked for, and then finished by smoothing everything out.
