They took the time to create custom eave, gable, rake, and siding flashing exactly as I wanted, and it completely transformed my house – it’s honestly a beautiful architectural feature now.   “Unfortunately, my experience with this company was really disappointing. While their roofing materials appear to be solid, the chimney cap they built for me was shockingly poorly made. It had only four tiny legs supporting a large cap, and those legs were just spot welded on – a very flimsy construction. Sadly, within just two years, the cap completely fell apart during light winds (around 25-30 mph) and crashed to the ground. I’ve attached photos showing the damage, particularly the weak welds. I contacted Brad about this, but he was completely unhelpful, essentially blaming the damage on wind and suggesting I contact my homeowner’s insurance. It’s concerning that he didn't seem to care about the substandard workmanship. Honestly, you should be aware that they won’t stand behind their work.” report abuse
