  Overall, I was really impressed with the open floor plans – they’re a fantastic design. I’d definitely like to explore these homes a bit further to get a more complete picture.   Tyler was a fantastic guide – really knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, which made the whole tour so much more enjoyable. I was a bit insistent on a measurement and kept correcting him, but he patiently showed me the right way. Eventually, he proved me right, and he was so gracious about it! report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this experience. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and what little we received wasn't followed up on. If you’re looking for a business that actually keeps its promises and keeps you in the loop, you should look elsewhere. This simply wasn’t the right fit for my needs. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the selection. Many of the homes lacked any sort of access – no steps or ramps – which was a major issue. The one property I did visit seemed incredibly overpriced for what it was; a 3-bedroom house for over $300,000 just doesn’t seem reasonable, especially considering how quickly those kinds of properties tend to lose value.” report abuse
