  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. We hired this contractor for a kitchen remodel, and it’s been a complete nightmare. He initially promised a finish date in mid-October, but he hasn’t shown up to do any work and hasn’t returned our calls – he only communicates via text. To make matters worse, he completely failed to pick up our cabinets from Home Depot, even though my husband repeatedly told him they were ready. This resulted in us having to reorder, and our kitchen has been unusable since the end of September. It's now almost November, and he’s juggling multiple projects, including one in Georgia, so he can’t seem to focus on our work. I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with A-Towne at the beginning of this bathroom remodel, but unfortunately, things went completely sideways. They initially installed the shower doors incorrectly, and when they returned to fix it, one of the doors was completely broken. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer myself to get a replacement, which has been sitting in my living room for months now. I’ve been struggling to get a firm timeline for the work to be finished, and I’ve been consistently left in the dark. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them, and I’m now looking for another contractor to complete the remodel.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m just so thrilled with the office remodel. The team really knocked it out of the park – they completely transformed our old space into something bright, modern, and much more productive.   “I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The roof replacement was done poorly, and frankly, the contractor seemed dismissive of my concerns.
