  “I was really disappointed with my experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service initially seemed great, but they tried to wrongly blame me for damage that was already present on the bobcat. Thankfully, I had taken pictures right after delivery which clearly showed it was there before. On top of that, their ‘full service’ fuel option was incredibly expensive, so I completely filled the tank before they picked it up. Then, a few days later, I received a $16.50 charge for just two gallons of fuel – it felt completely unjustified.” report abuse
