  I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s performance. We’ve experienced a consistent lack of professionalism and reliability. There have been repeated issues with their setup process, and frankly, a concerning number of mistakes. Just recently, they installed the motor incorrectly, and we had to manually hold the e-brake to operate the scaffold. Despite that, they refused to acknowledge the problem. Worse still, after supposedly fixing the initial issue, they created a much more dangerous problem by failing to properly secure the power cord to the cart – it disconnected on the 14th floor with the cord falling dangerously close to someone. This was a serious safety hazard and I rate them very poorly due to these repeated failures and the potential for a severe injury. report abuse
