I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Provision Home and their Vector Security contractor, Noel Pittman. I was trying to cancel my security services due to rising prices, but the process was unbelievably frustrating. I initially spoke with Vector’s corporate team who assured me I could cancel and to contact Mr. Pittman for the cancellation form. However, Mr. Pittman became extremely defensive and rude when I explained my request. He then falsely claimed my contract had automatically renewed, providing no prior warning, despite me being a loyal customer for four years. As a result, I was threatened with a bill for the remaining 11 months. While the representative I eventually spoke with, Jasmine, at Vector Corporate, acknowledged the issue, she confirmed that Mr. Pittman held the power to charge me, regardless of my intentions. It feels like I was essentially locked into a two-year contract without any notice or opportunity to make changes – something even insurance companies do! I strongly advise anyone considering Provision Home and Vector Security to be very cautious and meticulously track your contract dates to avoid a similar, stressful experience.

“I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience trying to cancel my Vector Security service. After selling my house, I was told I needed to contact Provision Home to handle the cancellation. But it quickly became a ridiculous game of telephone – I was bounced back and forth between Vector and Provision, with automated systems and never actually speaking to a live person. I spent hours trying different options, and despite leaving multiple messages, they haven’t followed up. It’s unbelievably inconvenient and I’m really unhappy with the lack of resolution.”
