It felt like my time and efforts were completely disregarded – I was the only one being given extra work, and there was a noticeable lack of communication and support.   Honestly, the experience was incredibly frustrating. They informed me of a significant delay – a potential 4-5 hour wait – just after scheduling the appointment, and then essentially told me to wait.
