This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The driver was stuck waiting for over eight hours, and frankly, the lack of communication was appalling. They loaded some of the shipment, only to tell us the remaining portion wasn’t ready, and there was no update or explanation provided. It felt incredibly disrespectful, and we couldn't even get a phone call to find out what was going on.
-
“The shipping process was significantly delayed – it took a very long time for the trucks to arrive, and there was a considerable amount of downtime with staff standing around and chatting for nearly 40 minutes before they actually began loading.”
-
The staff were absolutely wonderful – genuinely friendly and welcoming, and it really felt like a warm, family atmosphere.
