Overall, the experience was positive in terms of the staff – the woman at the desk was lovely and very helpful. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to assist me, and I thought the office was nice. However, I was extremely disappointed with the $1000 estimate; it felt completely unreasonable and unaffordable. Because the initial consultation was free, I wasn't expecting that price.
