“I was really disappointed with my experience at this building supply location. It was by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Finding the loading crew was a huge hassle – they were constantly hiding and on their phones. Honestly, it used to be a much better operation, but things seem to be getting progressively worse. The wait times were incredibly long, and I ended up waiting over 45 minutes, which was completely unnecessary. I’d much rather drive an extra 30 minutes to Washington D.C.”
-
“I’ve been really pleased with Capitol Building Supply. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful, which has made a big difference. They have a great selection of tools and building supplies, and the location is super convenient. I haven’t had any issues at all during the last three months, and I’d definitely recommend them!”
-
“We’re consistent customers and always arrive promptly at 6:00 AM, but we’ve noticed a recurring issue – the drivers are often late, and we end up waiting about 30 minutes before we can start collecting our materials. It would really help us to be more efficient if the drivers could arrive on time.”
-
It’s a really convenient spot for dropping off building materials – much quicker than those big, established distribution centers.
-
This was a really positive experience – the service was fantastic, incredibly timely, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was exactly what I needed.
-
“The forklift driver seemed a little disgruntled that I arrived on schedule for the delivery.”
-
It seems like a really convenient spot to deliver to, and I was also pleased to find a clean restroom available on-site.
-
“This is a solid spot if you’re looking for drywall and insulation supplies – they seem to have a good selection.”
-
“The team possesses a really strong understanding of the subject matter.”
-
It was a really positive and engaging interaction.
