“Overall, we were really pleased with this company – they’re incredibly professional and truly listened to our needs. The quality of their work was fantastic! Just a heads-up though, it did take a little longer than initially expected, so allow for plenty of time.”
-
“We were really disappointed with Baseline’s service. We gave them plenty of notice – 28 days before closing – and provided the closing date. However, they consistently delayed sending us the survey, constantly pushing back the promised date. It wasn’t until just three days before closing that they admitted the surveyor had never even visited our property! We had to quickly find and hire our own surveyor to ensure we could meet the deadline, which caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress for a process that should have been straightforward.”
-
“I’m really frustrated with this whole experience. They charged my credit card $350 for an updated survey, and the surveyors did arrive as scheduled. However, three weeks have passed and I’ve still received no survey whatsoever. I’ve tried calling to get an update, leaving a message last week, and calling again just now, but I’m just getting excuses – it’s incredibly stressful and upsetting.”
-
“We’ve been consistently impressed with Baseline – they’re a really professional and efficient team to work with, and we genuinely enjoy our experience. Our title company frequently recommends them because they offer great value and deliver top-notch service.”
