  Bartlett Roofing has been fantastic to work with – truly the best vendor I’ve dealt with in my 14 years in the industry. I particularly want to commend Scott Greer, our project manager. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make things run smoothly, especially when we had other projects overlapping. Scott was always responsive, whether he answered the phone immediately or followed up with a quick text and call. The crew was fantastic too – they were incredibly careful, ensuring no damage to our residents’ flooring, and Scott personally oversaw a full crew inspection during the final walkthrough. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to working with Bartlett Roofing again. report abuse

Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without his help; he fought tirelessly to make sure we got everything we were entitled to. He was so diligent, being there when the adjuster arrived and working hard to document everything.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Bartlett Roofing did – seriously, they’re fantastic! Joey was incredible; he took care of everything from start to finish and was so professional, courteous, and genuinely knowledgeable. He was always super responsive, answering my calls and texts right away. And the crew – Kyle, who oversaw them, was fantastic too. They were incredibly detail-oriented, and if they weren’t completely satisfied with something, they’d fix it immediately. They even took extra care with my koi pond, making sure nothing fell in and adding extra protection during the pouring rain! They were still there until 8pm to finish the job. The cleanup was spotless – you’d never know they’d been there.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with Bartlett Homes and Roofing. Back in 2017, they completed a roof replacement under my insurance claim, and from the very beginning, things went terribly wrong. Despite an agreement to inspect the roof sheeting before any new work started, the crew began installing the new roof before I had a chance to review it. When I raised concerns to the project manager, Brad, he dismissed my worries, but it was clear they were already proceeding without proper checks. The issues continued: they installed new sheeting in a rushed manner, leaving a huge amount of debris in my attic, and they didn’t use necessary H clips, despite my questions. After the roof was finally completed, I noticed missing roof vents and an excess of vents on my house. Then, they attempted a simple flashing repair around my fireplace, failing to follow the original paperwork. Finally, during the final inspection, they refused to address the significant debris still in my attic and, shockingly, they’d essentially hammered holes through the existing OSB sheeting to install new vents. Considering I and my insurance company invested over $10,000 in this project, I was absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I strongly advise seeking another roofing company if you need similar services.” report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend Bartlett Roofing – they did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my roof! I initially hired them for a roof inspection, and they quickly identified some wind damage. When I filed a claim with my insurance, Bartlett was incredibly helpful, meeting with the insurance inspector the same day to address any concerns and clarify coverage, which really sped up the whole process. The replacement itself was done quickly and with top-quality shingles. But what really stood out was their cleanup – they went above and beyond, using tarps to protect my house and then meticulously picking up every single nail and piece of debris. Even though it was a January replacement with limited daylight, they spent over an hour in the dark ensuring my yard and driveway were spotless. Honestly, I’ve heard so many negative stories about other roofing companies’ cleanup, but Bartlett’s was truly exceptional. They’re clearly professionals who know their business, and I can’t thank them enough for a remarkable job – please feel free to use me as a reference!” report abuse
