  Andrew was a really easy and friendly guy to work with, and he did a great job while they were really on top of things. However, last year, we had a major issue – the pool was completely filthy just three days before Memorial Day, which was really frustrating. It was definitely not handled well, and I switched to a new company afterward without any problems. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the service after the pool build. While they did a great job constructing the pool itself, they weren’t available to provide ongoing maintenance, even though they were the ones who built it. They offered support for the first year, which was helpful, but then simply stopped responding. It felt like they’d built the pool and then forgotten about it.” report abuse
