  Working with the construction team, led by John Varsames, was an absolutely incredible experience. They did an amazing job building the space for my bridge club, especially considering the incredibly tight deadline – they had to completely demolish three existing areas and rebuild the whole thing from scratch. John was truly a gift; he was so incredibly organized, keeping me updated daily with a clear list of what I needed to provide and coordinating everything with the subcontractors. The whole team – John and his crew – were fantastic; so knowledgeable and respectful of everyone’s time. And to top it all off, they handled all the permits and inspections flawlessly. Honestly, in a project that could easily have been stressful, John and his team turned it into a dream. Thank you so much, John, for everything you do! report abuse

  TCM Construction Managers were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly detail-oriented, proactive, and really involved us as owners throughout the entire process. They consistently sourced the best subcontractors – from painters to electricians – and Jerry, in particular, was amazing – always so focused on the specifics and incredibly communicative.
