He was so easy to communicate with, sending updates and coordinating everything through text – which was really convenient for me as I don’t always have time to answer the phone. He finished the work quickly and left the area spotless, and even went the extra mile by replacing a damaged fence post cap he noticed. The price was exactly as we’d discussed.   Jake was fantastic – he was punctual, professional, and did a really excellent job with the repairs. What really stood out was that he even took the initiative to fix a couple of extra little issues in my yard that I’d been struggling with myself. I’d been trying to tackle them on YouTube, but he was able to handle it perfectly. He’s only doing a temporary fix for now, but we’re definitely planning on hiring him again in the spring to do the full replacement. report abuse
