  Ty was fantastic to work with – really responsive and a pleasure to have around for both our smaller projects like painting and the range hood install, and the bigger garage renovation. His subcontractors consistently delivered excellent work, and he’s been incredibly proactive in addressing any minor issues that arose, even weeks or months after the projects were completed. The team did an incredible job setting up and keeping the rest of our home out of the way while they worked. We were actually out of the country when they did the installation, and honestly, it was so reassuring knowing they were communicating updates and keeping us in the loop.   Ty and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our half-bathroom in the finished basement. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and helpful, offering really valuable advice and experience that put me at ease, especially since I was out of town for a good portion of the work. I really appreciated their attention to detail, the regular updates they kept me informed with, and their patience as we worked through the design choices. Plus, they had a great sense of humor!
