  Working with Eleven Interiors was truly a fantastic experience – we absolutely love our new kitchen! From the very beginning, Michael took the time to really understand our needs and how we used our space, considering everything from the flow of the room to the natural light. It was amazing how well he grasped our style, even before we could fully explain it ourselves. Gabby was equally wonderful throughout the design and build process. She was so incredibly organized and detail-oriented, and her creative ideas for materials and finishes made the whole project so much more enjoyable and stress-free.   Working with Eleven Interiors on our complete home renovation – a 4,000 square foot project in Concord, MA – was truly a fantastic experience. From start to finish, Michael, Gabby, and the whole team were incredible. They expertly managed everything, coordinating the architect, contractors, and landscape designer, and honestly, we couldn’t have done it without their guidance. Their leadership was outstanding; they were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and professional. The result is a dream home, and we’re so grateful for their expertise.   Working with Eleven Interiors was truly fantastic – it’s rare to find a team that completely nailed it like they did. From the moment I decided to go with them after interviewing several design firms, it was clear they were the best choice for my home decorating project. I was completely thrilled with the result. The project involved transforming my newly purchased apartment, including everything from drapery and rugs to new and reupholstered furniture, lighting, and some custom architectural additions. My goal was to create a comfortable and beautiful space, and they absolutely delivered. Gabby, Sarah, and Christine were a brilliant team – so professional and consistently approachable. They kept me perfectly informed throughout the entire process, which meant I never had to chase them for updates. Plus, they were incredibly engaging; it felt like a really pleasant collaboration, and I especially appreciated their diplomatic approach when suggesting design options. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked. They were incredibly well-coordinated and managed everything flawlessly, with minimal disruption to my schedule. And, of course, they stuck to the detailed budget – a huge relief! It’s clear they’re incredibly talented designers, each bringing a real sense of expertise and ‘great taste’ to the project.   “I can’t recommend Eleven Interiors and their team – Michael Ferzoco, Kelly Hayes, and the whole staff – highly enough. I went into the complete renovation of my waterfront condo with just a vague idea of what I wanted, but no real vision. From the very first meeting with Michael, they really listened and helped me develop a clear plan. They carefully reviewed the condo and floor plans, and then presented me with a design that perfectly captured everything we’d discussed. The team, including NS Builders, did an absolutely outstanding job, starting the work in late October 2017 and finishing in May 2018. I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions. They truly paid attention to every detail – the building finishes, the cabinetry, even the furnishings – and created a beautiful, modern home for me. You absolutely have to see it!” report abuse
