  “I was so relieved when Roto Rooter was able to send Steude out so quickly – he arrived within just a couple of hours and even texted to let us know he was on his way. Steude was fantastic – incredibly polite, really knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain everything to us, making sure we understood the costs and addressing any concerns we had. All of our plumbing problems were fixed within a few hours, and he even left our bathroom spotless. The price was fair, and Steude went the extra mile to review everything with us one last time.   “I was really impressed with the service I received. My plumber, Ron #5592, went above and beyond – he actually came out on a Sunday to fix the issue, driving all the way from East Boston. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly identified and resolved the problem, and he even helped me clean up the mess in the basement.   This was a really frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time online, and thankfully received a quick confirmation call. However, things quickly went downhill. They called me the morning of the appointment to ask if they could come early due to a plumber being available in my area, which I declined because I wasn't home. Then, just ten minutes later, they informed me that their plumbers simply weren’t available at the time I’d booked. To add insult to injury, they didn’t bother to let me know this information when they initially confirmed the appointment – it felt like a complete and utter mess. report abuse

  Sean did a fantastic job – he was really professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything about the descaling process and answering all my questions thoroughly. I’m so pleased with how clear the drain pipe is now with the buildup gone.   Suede was fantastic – really professional, clear, and patient with us. He took the time to explain all our options and the costs thoroughly before we made a decision. Honestly, the price was a little higher than we anticipated, but the speed and responsiveness we received were absolutely worth it. It’s so refreshing to have someone answer the phone promptly and to have a plumber out to the house within hours!
