“I couldn’t be happier with the work My Hardwood Floors did on our new home. Wilfredo was fantastic – he quickly assessed our old, neglected floors (they hadn’t been refinished in over 60 years!) and gave us a really helpful quote and some great recommendations. We were a little worried about the cost, but they stuck to the standard price, which was a huge relief. What really stood out was their coordination with the painters; they arrived the very moment the painting was done, ensuring everything was finished before we moved in. The transformation was incredible – the floors look brand new and absolutely stunning with the matte polyurethane finish! They even noticed a small issue on the stairs and sent someone out immediately to fix it perfectly. Seriously, the service, communication, and craftsmanship were all outstanding. We would definitely use My Hardwood Floors again.”

Wilfredo was fantastic – he reached out to me the very same day I requested an estimate, which I really appreciated. He took the time to thoroughly assess our floors, patiently answered all of our questions about stain colors and finishes, and really helped us make the perfect choices. We absolutely love the finished floors; the color is beautiful and consistent, and thanks to their dustless sanding process, our house is spotless! I wholeheartedly recommend this team – they’re professional, friendly, and clearly put a lot of care and attention into their work.
