  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work the Home Care Contractors did on our deck! They identified some serious structural problems with the old deck and completely transformed it – they installed gorgeous new bamboo flooring and gave it a fresh paint job. Paul was fantastic; he was always super responsive and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process.   Paul and his crew at Home Care did an absolutely fantastic job rebuilding our backyard deck. From the very beginning, they were so collaborative, working with us to design the deck and choose all the materials. They were especially considerate of our dogs – they really took the time to make sure they were safe and happy while they were working. Despite the typical Seattle rain, they kept at it, and they even came back out once the sun finally came out to finish up the painting and any small details. Honestly, they were friendly, professional, and left our yard spotless. We’d definitely use them again for any future construction projects. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with Home Care Contractors. Paul did a fantastic job guiding us through the options for our three decks – one needed a full replacement and the other just some board repairs. He was so responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process incredibly smooth. The team was always on time and did a really efficient job; the decks look absolutely fantastic now.   HCC did an absolutely fantastic job repairing our porch and deck walls – they really tackled the wood rot effectively. I especially want to commend Sergey; he was so helpful and kept us fully updated on the progress every step of the way. The quality of their work was excellent – really methodical and precise. We’d definitely recommend them and are likely to use their services again in the future. They even gave us some valuable advice on preventative measures to look out for around the house. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with HCH and especially with Vitaliy, our project manager, for our bathroom remodel. We’d looked at several contractors, and Vitaliy really stood out – he had a level of detail and thoughtfulness that others just didn’t seem to offer. He took the time to understand our existing design and even suggested some clever additions that really elevated the project. What was fantastic was his clarity about the project’s scope and costs, which made it so easy for us to make informed decisions. And during the actual remodeling process, Vitaliy was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions via text, and he was just genuinely pleasant to deal with. It's rare to find a construction project manager who’s so accessible and communicative.   HCC were fantastic to work with – we’re really pleased with the quality of their work and how quickly they got things done. Our project was quite complex, dealing with an active leak and rot repair, and Sergey did a brilliant job of setting clear expectations and keeping us updated every step of the way. They consistently delivered on their promises and it was clear they hold themselves to a very high standard.   Honestly, working with HCC, particularly Ilya and David, was an absolute pleasure. We’d found them through online reviews and went in completely blind, but we were blown away by the quality of their work and how efficiently they handled everything. Ilya was truly exceptional – he was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of our whole remodel, incredibly hardworking, and just tireless in his dedication. Having someone we could completely trust throughout the entire process gave us so much peace of mind. David was fantastic too, really good at keeping everything organized and communicating clearly.   Working with Paul Yakovlev and his team at HCC was an absolute pleasure. They did an incredibly thorough and skilled job renovating our entire home, and Paul went above and beyond to keep us involved every step of the way – with regular updates, photos, and texts. He was fantastic at offering helpful suggestions that really enhanced our initial vision. And when the job was finished, the house was truly move-in ready, even with the added bonus of a professional cleaning crew!
