  “I was really impressed with their initial proposal – they clearly know their stuff. However, the hourly rate of $65 per worker was a significant surprise and, frankly, seemed incredibly high. Given that someone just mowing a lawn typically earns much less, and considering the substantial difference in pricing I’ve seen elsewhere, I found the quote to be vastly overpriced.” report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The technician was late, didn’t answer my calls when I tried to get in touch, and ultimately didn’t show up at all. Worse, when I contacted the company the next day, they attempted to downplay the situation and claimed he had contacted me – which was simply untrue. Honestly, the lack of communication and their effort to cover up the issue left a very bad impression, and I’ll be going to a different company for my needs.” report abuse

I arrived on time for my 11 a.m. consultation to discuss pricing for future projects, but the representative didn’t show up and didn’t contact me beforehand. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, a no-show without any communication is completely unacceptable, especially considering I had to take time off work to attend.” report abuse
