I had a really positive experience with ADT’s support team. I contacted them on February 10th, 2021, and was thankfully connected quickly, despite the ongoing challenges with COVID-19 impacting call centers. The Customer Support Specialist was incredibly efficient – she quickly diagnosed the problem with my alarm system and scheduled a technician to arrive within 24 hours. Then, the technician, James, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, was professional and took extra care with safety, wearing a mask and gloves. He explained everything clearly and got right to work. It was amazing how quickly he resolved the issue, and I’d definitely recommend ADT to anyone looking for reliable service.
