  “I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly disappointing and frustrating this experience was. The company promised open communication and daily updates, but absolutely no one ever showed up to do any work. After contacting the owner, Matt, and demanding a refund, the check bounced and we’ve heard nothing back – no attempt to fix the situation. I’ve read numerous other negative reviews, and I strongly advise you to do your research before considering this company. It seems like a scam, and I’m urging everyone to avoid them to prevent a similar situation from happening to you.” report abuse

I’d definitely suggest doing your research beforehand – it’s helpful to understand what to expect and really lay out your vision in detail. Despite some misleading information I’d seen online, the team was incredibly patient and kind, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. I was so impressed with how communicative and reliable they were – Matt was a pleasure to work with, and Tabitha, in particular, was wonderful with my dogs. They were incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, even catching and fixing minor issues before our walkthrough. From the very first conversation and meeting, we were so impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and just overall kindness.
