“I had a fantastic experience working with KLD, particularly with Jordan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, always getting back to me quickly. Not only was he efficient, but his pricing was significantly better than other firms I’d been getting quotes from. They handled the creation of two new parcels and an easement for me, and they were completely transparent about the costs from the start, answering all my questions thoroughly. Jordan’s email response time was also outstanding – I’d usually get a reply within 20 minutes, which made the whole process so smooth. I’ll absolutely be using KLD again in the future.”

“I was really disappointed with KLD’s service. They marked our property boundaries twice, and despite asking to be notified before each visit, we never received any advance warning. It was frustrating because we hadn’t learned from the first time. I specifically asked them to call ahead, but they didn’t seem to care. Furthermore, they placed stakes a full 500 feet apart in a dense wooded area, making it impossible to accurately determine the property lines. Because of this, we were forced to pay for a second survey. Honestly, if I had been present during the initial marking, I would have requested more stakes and paid the extra fee – it would have saved us a lot of trouble. KLD’s fees are high, and their customer service was frankly terrible.”
