“I was really hoping to use this company, and I’m willing to pay a little extra for a local service. However, I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the lack of follow-through. I initially inquired about being able to control my home and pole shed separately, and I was first told it couldn’t be done without a new control panel. Then, just fifteen minutes later, the same person said it was possible through the TC 2.0 app. They promised a colleague would call me on Monday to help set it up, but nobody ever did. It’s been weeks, and I’m still waiting for that support.”
