“We had a really frustrating experience with this order. We received the cement, but the quantities were incorrect – the invoice showed 38 yards charged for, but only 31.28 yards were delivered. Adding to the issue, the driver became agitated when we pointed out the discrepancy and refused to return the overcharge. The order was initially for 18 yards, and three trucks arrived with deliveries of 12, 11, and a damaged truck with just 10 yards. Overall, the quality of the cement seemed poor and the service was unacceptable. Because of these significant errors and the driver’s reaction, I wouldn’t recommend using this supplier.”
