“I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received so far. Despite being given the contact information for two people who could help, no one has ever come to address the issue with my lights. One of them suggested replacing the grey box, saying it’s a frequent problem, but I just need someone to actually fix the lights. Honestly, I’d recommend going with a different company if you’re looking for reliable support.”

“I hired Miller to install a fire sprinkler system in my home, and unfortunately, I’ve run into some significant problems. Five of the sprinkler heads have sprung leaks, which I believe is due to an improper installation. The system comes with a one-year warranty, but given the expected reliability of a properly installed system, this feels wholly inadequate. Once that warranty expires, they offer no support or assistance. They simply referred me to another company to handle the repairs. Considering the lack of ongoing support and the issues I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t recommend Miller’s services – especially if you’re a builder or general contractor; you’d be better off finding a different subcontractor.”
