“We had bamboo flooring installed in our new addition back in 2013, and it looks fantastic – the quality is really beautiful. However, after a few seasons, we’ve developed significant gaps between the flooring and our baseboards. The contractors who installed it were very experienced and clearly explained the importance of allowing the bamboo to settle and maintaining the recommended distance from the baseboards. My husband and I actually witnessed them following these guidelines. Unfortunately, Lumber Liquidators of Brewer isn’t willing to take responsibility for this issue, and we don’t want to replace the flooring ourselves.
