  We absolutely loved working with Twin City Tile! Jen was fantastic – so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. But the real star was T, the installer. He was a true craftsman and did an absolutely incredible job with the tile installation. He really listened to our ideas and offered his expertise, and we felt completely comfortable having him in our home. We highly recommend T and Twin City Tile – they’re fantastic! report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly frustrated with this company. For six months, I’ve been trying to get a simple quote for a project and to discuss tile options, but I’ve received absolutely no communication. I’ve called repeatedly and even visited the location multiple times, just hoping to get a response. Their lack of responsiveness and basic courtesy is completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go elsewhere for supplies or services. report abuse
