  Curtis from Dry Zone was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the issues with my sump pump system – a really frustrating problem that’s been going on since I bought the house ten years ago. He explained a long-term solution clearly, and I really appreciated him taking the time to listen and understand my concerns.   Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of Greg Melusky’s work: “I wanted to share my experience with DryZone after a really stressful situation – floodwater completely overwhelmed my front yard and backed up into my basement. When I called, Brandon was understandably swamped with other urgent calls, but he did his best to get someone out to me. Thankfully, Greg Melusky arrived around 7:30 pm, and I was so relieved to see him. He immediately got to work, and his quick thinking in installing a temporary pipe to divert the water was exactly what I needed. It was great to see him working so diligently, especially with the traffic and weather conditions. He even came back the following week to permanently relocate the pipe, which should really prevent this from happening again. Greg is truly a fantastic asset to DryZone – he’s professional, compassionate, and clearly knows his stuff.   I was so impressed with DryZone! I’d been battling a persistent water leak in my basement for a while, and I knew I needed to address it before I could even think about finishing the space. From the very beginning, William was fantastic – he took the time to really understand my situation and walk me through all the options without pressuring me into anything. I felt completely confident that he was recommending the best solutions for my needs. The installation team – Ryan, Damien, and the others – were also incredible. They were incredibly professional, explaining every step of the process and checking in to make sure I had all my questions answered. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves, and now my basement is completely dry and I feel so much more secure. I even appreciated William’s prompt follow-up when I had a couple of questions after the work was done. Seriously, these guys are the real deal – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, I was incredibly pleased with Jonathan and his team at DryZone Basement Systems. They were incredibly professional – right on time and immediately got to work. Jonathan took the time to explain exactly what they planned to do today, and they even covered up all the gym equipment in the cellar. The finished work looks absolutely fantastic and incredibly sleek. I also wanted to specifically mention that we had an issue with our old radon pipe, which was originally installed incorrectly and pulling in groundwater. They expertly fixed the problem and added crushed stone – a really thoughtful extra step that we really appreciate. I wholeheartedly recommend DryZone Basement Systems to anyone needing a top-notch installation and truly skilled craftsmanship. report abuse
