  Honestly, we’re absolutely thrilled with the beautiful home MEH helped us create. It was a complex process with its challenges, but their team went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and really attentive to our needs – and that’s continued to be the case even now.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work MEH did for us. They kept us completely in the loop throughout the entire process, which was especially appreciated given we were working on the build during the Arizona winter. They were remarkably responsive and professional, and we were so excited to finally see our new home completed. It’s clear they put in a huge amount of effort, especially considering the challenging weather conditions – those snowstorms and muddy roads towards the end were a real hurdle! We’ve also heard from our neighbors who were really impressed by the team’s dedication; it’s fantastic to see them working so diligently, rain or shine.   I was really frustrated with the lack of communication from this company. I contacted them multiple times – by phone and email – regarding questions about our home built by Main Eco Homes, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. As the second owners, we’d even brought up a specific concern, but it felt like they completely ignored us. Communication is a critical part of homeownership, and this was sorely lacking. report abuse

  We were consistently impressed with Main Eco Homes and the way they handled everything throughout our build. It’s natural to encounter challenges with a house project, and it’s really the company’s response that matters most. They were incredibly responsive to every concern we raised over the six months, and thankfully, every issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction.   Overall, Main Eco Homes delivered a fantastic, energy-efficient home. The construction – featuring triple-paned windows, thick insulation, and passive solar design with solar panels – means very little maintenance is required. Beyond the quality of the build itself, it’s clear that Main Eco Homes fosters a positive and respectful environment, with their employees treating customers with the same care.   Justin started the project really well, and we were pleased with his initial work. However, things went downhill towards the end. He became increasingly insistent on upfront payment and demanding, and we heard from the subcontractors that he hadn’t been paying them as agreed. Unfortunately, this shift in attitude impacted the quality of the work, and we noticed him cutting corners to save costs – a far cry from the standards he’d initially set. report abuse
