  “We were very concerned to read Ms. Harris-Greene’s review. We believe it contains inaccuracies. When she initially contacted us, the project timeline was established as an 8-week timeframe at the outset. However, she began contacting us just three weeks later expressing dissatisfaction. We promptly decided to refund her money, feeling that continuing the project under those circumstances would likely lead to a difficult and unproductive experience.
