I had a truly awful experience with customer service. My scheduled appointment with a new home advisor was 5-10 minutes late, and he never showed up. After waiting a full 30 minutes, it became clear he wasn’t coming. When I called to see if someone else could assist, the person who answered was incredibly dismissive. She spoke over me, laughed at my frustration, and ultimately hung up the phone because I was asking for a resolution. I would never recommend doing business with this company.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Keystone. It feels like they’ve completely mismanaged this community – the quality of the homes, including my own, is shockingly poor. They seem to consistently hire substandard contractors and then make it incredibly difficult to get anything fixed. To think these are supposed to be award-winning homes is frankly unbelievable. And the worst part is, it’s been nearly three years and I still don’t have a home. I truly believe there are many more issues with Keystone that haven’t been brought to light.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience living at this community. As a homeowner here, I can honestly say it’s been a complete nightmare. They’re selling so many homes, and the quality is shockingly poor. The management seems to ignore any concerns or requests – I’ve sent multiple emails and messages, but nothing has been addressed. I bought a townhome several years ago, and the quality was far better, with issues like paint splatters on the hardwood, bleeding paint on the cabinets, mismatched fixtures, exposed wires, and damaged new doors. It’s clear they’re not maintaining quality control, and frankly, it feels like my concerns are completely disregarded.

I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience building with this company. Frankly, I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. From the start, we were met with broken promises and a complete lack of communication and transparency. We signed our contract back in April 2021, and as of October 2023, we’re still not in our new home, and there’s a huge backlog of issues that still need to be addressed. The quality of work from the trades in this area is also a major concern – they seem to do a rushed job, and we’ve constantly had to fight for them to rectify problems. It’s been weeks and months of waiting, and ultimately, we’ve felt like we’ve had to become experts just to oversee the work. It’s been a truly stressful and frustrating process, and it’s robbed us of what should have been a joyful experience. I absolutely cannot recommend this company. One star is simply not enough.
