  Overall, Kaplan Construction did an outstanding job on the recent $6 million renovation at Tremont on the Common. They successfully completed the project, which included a new lobby, fitness room, resident lounge, pool deck, and 21 residential hallways, while minimizing disruption to our community. We especially appreciated their proactive communication and willingness to accommodate our specific requests – their attention to detail truly made a difference, and we were able to stick to our original timeline. Our residents are incredibly excited about the beautiful new lobby and the fantastic fitness center and pool deck, which they’re looking forward to enjoying next summer. report abuse
