Vic was fantastic – truly going above and beyond! I sent him an email about a vacant parcel I’m considering building on, and he responded within an hour, taking the time to meet me there and offer his valuable input. I really appreciate his responsiveness and helpfulness.

This contractor seems to be unreliable and operates in a way that feels quite deceptive. He doesn’t consistently pay his subcontractors, appears to be attempting to avoid taxes, and demands legitimate subcontractor status while simultaneously expecting hourly labor without providing insurance coverage – a really unfair arrangement.
