Overall, the work itself was really good, but there were some significant issues with the communication and how they handled the project. We provided detailed photos of the survey items to ensure everything was covered, but despite this, they missed a few lots after three weeks. When we raised the issue, Sam seemed unwilling to take any responsibility and actually blamed me for a conversation we’d had over the phone – which was all documented in an email. It just felt really unprofessional and like poor business practice. I’d probably only use them again if I absolutely had to.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the survey of my land. I was told a month ago that the survey was underway, but I never received a single call from Mr. Paco to update me on the progress. I called once a week, hoping for an update, but to no avail. Today, I was shocked to learn that my lot was deemed “too old” to survey, and Mr. Paco then suggested I go elsewhere. Honestly, I wouldn’t have known anything was wrong until I contacted him today – a whole month wasted and a very poor experience.

“Edmundo was a fantastic agent. He clearly has a really strong understanding of property subdivision and went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciated how comfortable he made us feel – we could ask him anything and he always explained things thoroughly.”
