Frank and his team at Custom Hardwood Floors did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the floors in my historic home – it was a really complex undertaking, considering the house was built around 1760! They were incredibly professional and flexible throughout the entire process, and Frank kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was that they also proactively addressed a few unexpected issues they discovered while working, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right.
