  “I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Monster Framing! After my solar panels stopped producing power in October 2023, the original installers insisted my warranty had expired in January. They tried to charge me a hefty $250 fee just to take a look. Luckily, a former installer recommended Tim, and he was a lifesaver. He quickly identified a faulty inverter that was actually still under warranty, and he handled all the complicated paperwork to get a replacement. But it didn't stop there – I also needed my panels replaced because I’d gotten a new roof. The Monster Framing tech was fantastic – incredibly fast, professional, and he safely stored my panels while they worked. Once my roof was finished, they reinstalled everything perfectly, and now my system is back up and running! Seriously, I wish I’d gone with Tim and Monster Framing from the start.” report abuse

If you’re in Arizona and considering solar, you absolutely need to reach out to them. They were fantastic – punctual, did top-notch work, and really stand behind their quality. More than that, though, they completely turned a really stressful situation around for me. My previous roofer had done a terrible job, and I needed a new roof. Honestly, I was dreading the whole process, but Tim and his team went above and beyond in ways I never expected.
