  “When we received the Shult home in mid-June 2020, we were really disappointed to find significant damage – including wall separations and a large section of the ceiling was completely missing. After the house was assembled, we also noticed some incredibly poor workmanship.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I moved into one of their homes back in October 2015, and I’ve run into some serious issues. Specifically, I’ve found several electrical outlets that aren’t securely attached – pulling on a plug often causes the entire outlet to pull out of the wall.   “My husband and I went to this place and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Our server, Brittany, wasn’t very helpful and we felt uncomfortable with her constant looks. The lack of friendly service and basic information made us feel like we were bothering her, and we really had to ask repeatedly for what we needed.   “Honestly, we were really disappointed with this purchase. The items were brand new, but in a condition that required a lot of fixing up – it was essentially a fixer-upper. Furthermore, communication was incredibly slow, and we strongly urge anyone considering this – please ensure there’s proper quality control in place to avoid a similar experience.” report abuse
