“I purchased this new build from the Buckeye Clayton location back in February 2022, and unfortunately, it’s been a real problem ever since. It seems to leak water through the top corners of the windows whenever it rains – I’ve had to zoom in on the pictures to really see the extent of the issue.”
-
“Honestly, this was a fantastic experience! As a first-time home buyer, I felt completely supported by the team at Clayton Homes. Brittany, Rick, and Shannon were all incredibly helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for.”
-
I’m incredibly disappointed with the Home and the quality of construction. The walls are cracked and the porch has significant gaps – it’s clear this home was built poorly. I would absolutely not recommend this builder and give it zero stars.
-
Honestly, our experience looking at those models was really disappointing. We were asked to leave quite abruptly after viewing the second property, and it felt like they weren’t interested in working with us. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this experience.
-
“Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the quality of work I’ve seen on this Clayton home. My mother bought a similar one back in 1996, and it was in great condition. We’ve lived here since January 2021, and over the past few years, I’ve started noticing a significant decline in the vinyl siding.”
-
Honestly, we’d strongly advise against buying a home from Clayton Homes. We purchased our house two years ago and since then, we’ve been dealing with a constant stream of issues. It’s really frustrating because we’ve heard the same problems are happening to our neighbors who also own Clayton homes – we’ve spoken with three of them, and they’re all experiencing similar difficulties.
-
If you’re considering a manufactured home, I highly recommend visiting the Clayton Buckeye Office. Rick Busbee and Brittney, the assistant manager, were fantastic to work with – we weren’t disappointed with our third manufactured home!
-
Rick and his team were fantastic! I had a small problem with my AC on a Sunday, and he sent someone out the very next day – a really experienced technician – who handled it perfectly and professionally.
-
“We were really disappointed with the condition of the house from the very beginning. We raised our concerns immediately, but they insisted they weren’t obligated to address the issues.”
-
“I recently purchased a new manufactured home from a previous Clayton Homes salesperson at North Orchard Ranch Park in Dewey, Arizona. It was a really interesting experience buying a home through someone with that background.”
